Shipping / Delivery
Terms and Conditions The Order Subtotal is the cost of all of the products in the shopping cart, which reflects any product discounts. The Order Subtotal excludes shipping, taxes and promotion codes.
Shipping charges are calculated after all discounts and promotion codes have been applied to the order.
Ground Service Properly completed orders will be processed in 1-3 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are estimated to take 1-6 days to deliver; therefore customers can expect to receive their order in 2-9 business days, depending on the final destination.
Two Day Air Properly completed orders received prior to 6 p.m. CST will be processed by the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays. Customers can expect delivery 2 business days after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customers will receive orders in 2-4 business days.
Next Day Air Properly completed orders received prior to 6 p.m. CST will be processed by the next business day. A business day is Monday though Friday, excluding holidays. Customers can expect delivery 1 business day after the order is shipped. Therefore, it is estimated that customer will receive orders in 1-2 business days.
Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. For shipping and handling charge refunds without a receipt, you must provide the original order number.
Order Tracking
If you have not received your order in the designated amount of time (per your shipment choice), send an email to customerservice@crossoverking.com. In your email please include purchasers name and the original order number in the heading. In the body of the email provide the address, telephone number and a description of the issue. A customer service representative will provide you with information and a tracking number for you to check delivery status.
Returning SB Designs, Inc. orders
Call our Customer Service Department at 630-679-0944 within 2 weeks of receipt to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition in the original container and accompanied by an (RMA) number. Worn and/or damaged items are not returnable. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returned merchandise. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size only. We reserve the right to limit returns. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Closeout products
Products marked "closeout" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Procedures
Return merchandise with your original packing slip. If you dont have the original packaging slip please include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number. Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send to:

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of
the package will be destroyed, and SB Designs, Inc. will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable or we will notify you when the product is
due in for shipment.
Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size only.
Out of Stock/Availability
If you attempt to place a product in your shopping cart that is no longer available from our inventory, a message will alert you that the requested item is not in stock. Your order will be processed and a Customer Service Representative will contact you with the date for product availability and shipment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
